Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
My room was clean and bed was freshly made and clean.
Check in was easy and pleasant.
Every member of staff I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Front Desk gentleman carried my luggage up two flights of stairs. Very kind.
Would stay again.
Do not pay until you see the room first - depending on your preference of price over cleanliness, you may or may not change your mind. Sincerely, a very dissatisfied traveler staying during a layover.
Safe place to stay while we attended MusicalCon, 24hr desk was very useful as we live quite far from London, right next to Bethnal Green Tube station so it was incredibly convenient for us, also a 10 mins walk to Whitechapel station for the Elizabeth Line. Price was high for what it was - 1 room with a double, a single, and a small bathroom, but the transport links made it absolutely ideal for this visit.
This place was filthy! It was actually the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was damaged and neglected with torn and stained carpets, nothing was clean, hair in the sheets and a bug in the BED (under the comforter!)the shower was full of mildew! DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked for 2 nights and arrived at midnight on the first night. It was too late to find another place. In the morning I immediately checked out@7:35am and asked for a refund for the next night but they said no. It was unacceptable and filthy.
Very poor. Hot water did not work in the room. The carpets were coming away from the edges of the room. There was damp patches in the room and the window was broken, I could hear everything that was going on outside because the window couldn’t properly close.
Probably the most run-down and uncomfortably disgusting hotel I have ever stayed at. The bed was clean, everything else was just nasty. The smell, the air quality, the general standard. The service was good though. I had initially booked a 5-night stay, but I had to cancel after one night, and I got a refund for the remaining four nights, fair and square, with no issue, which was noble and highly appreciated. I don’t understand why a place like this, with such a prime location does not shoot some money into refurbishments and upgrades? A fresh coat of paint and some new decor could really raise the value of this place, and they could charge more for rooms. The potential is there, use it!
Veldig bra beliggenhet, vennlig ansatte. Litt av an ulempe er bråk fra London Overground railway rett veed siden av, so litt vanskelige a få sovn. Ellers bra sted a bo i London, bare få skritt å gå til Bethnal Green Tube stasjon.
This hotel gave me a worst experience ever. Cleanliness almost not existed. Stained carpets from the entrance to the top floor. Chairs you will not put your muddy boot's. Stained bedsheets and covers. And to top it mouse dropping..
