"Tower hotel staff was incredibly inconsistent. Multiple times we assured a fan, ice bucket, a different room, a comped drink, an ac unit by several staff only to never have items materialize. Granted the hotel is under construction and the weather was out of their control but our room was 28 Celsius ..."
