"It was my wife’s 72nd birthday celebration so we spent Saturday night at the Strand Palace. The whole weekend was wonderful especially because the hotel presented my wife with a birthday card, chocolates a balloon in the shape of “72” and other freebies. "Online check in didn't work. One of the room keys didn't work. Unable to book pool time. No non-decaf coffee. When coffee eventually arrived it was all still decaf AND included coffee pods for a machine that we didn't have in the room (which were also decaf). We'd paid for the "romance package" - ..."

STG Hotel London Oxford Street
"Rooms were very small, with no shelves to place items, especially in the bathroom. There was no soap in the shower dispenser or sink dispenser. Biggest complaint was lack of space to put or open suitcases. The hotel is not conducive to a long stay."
