"Location is great, the Waterloo station and Westminster station are walking distance. Staff is very friendly, always looking to help you. They have a cool feature of tap water and seltzer water you can fill up your bottle on each floor. I would recommend to stay here."

"The hotel and location were great! Only negative thing is that they have no AC in the rooms and with the heat it gets VERY VERY hot they do give you one little fan for the room IF you ask for it. Also you have to keep your blinds closed for the room to maintain a “cool temp” I tried looking everywhere ..."
