Yes, the room was spotless, and the staff was courteous. The room was not spacious enough. I did not like the fact that there were no drinks in the mini fridge. That is a minus for a 5-star hotel.

Staff was great. Despite the huge hotel very well organised. It was our wedding weekend and we had three rooms for our families and us. Our room was the standard plus and the extra was totally worth it. The hotel has two halves with the plus rooms in the newer area and felt like a different hotel. ...
