We even asked at the reception if they had any firmer ones, but were told that the entire complex uses the same type of mattress. "It was our first time at this Palace. Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and great staff. We had a room in a Palce which was very clea, big and very nicely decorated. Food in the restaurants was delicious. The best breakfast we had so far. We used their swimming pool and sauna to relax. Highly recommend."
