An overnight stop on the Camino de Santiago and surrounded by vineyards, it’s a beautiful city. Construction on this stunning cathedral began in the 15th century and wasn’t completed until the 18th century. The most striking feature is the twin Baroque towers that take on a golden glow of an afternoon. The tapas bars of Logrono are well worth a night of bar hopping and along with some time in the vineyards and wineries, it’s worth a couple of days on the itinerary.

"A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. La hubicación es buenisima, lo tienes todio a mano andando."

"The place was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big lounge area. I enjoyed my stay and it is beautiful overlooking the river. It was quiet even though the street in front was busy. Blackout curtains are there if you need them. There was extra pillows and blankets if needed but I didn’t. I liked the bathroom. There was shower gel but no shampoo or conditioner which was fine because I brought my own but it is handy to know that. It is in the old part of town which is lovely. It was easy to walk to stores and farmacias or bodegas. Beautiful Christmas displays in the town. I had a great stay there. You can get laundry done if needed, I didn’t go to the cafe in the building but it is nice to have one handy. There is parking but it is not free. "
