Original building with beautiful view
Beautiful view from the view. Room was clean but slight smell on the bed cover. Friendly staff, good food in the restaurant in the evening, but the breakfast didn’t open on time and we had to find an alternative.

The property was clean & in a good location in the centre of town. The lift wasn’t working.

There was a terrible odor in the room, absolutely nauseating. It was otherwise lovely, such a shame ... but it made it impossible to sleep or enjoy time in the room.

Arrived very early and the staff were very happy to look after our bags while we went out. Came back to a new person at the counter and she was just as helpful and polite. Brilliant room with a view, fridge and lots of room. Bathroom awesome. Overall a fantastic value for money hotel.
Small hotel on narrow street in the old part of town. Nicely modernised, with a cafe/restaurant that caters mainly for walkers on the Camino . Receptionist was very welcoming and spent time giving us loads of info about what to see, where to go, what bodega's to visit. If not for her, we would not have explored as enjoyably. Recommended towns, Guardia and Haro, just the best place to buy regional wine.

The noise both in the evening and very early in the morning from the bar below was very unpleasant. The air conditioning was out and I was told they were aware of the problem ,but it wasn't fixed. I had to leave the window open for any cooling ,but then the noise was bad.The food at dinner in their restaurant was the most expensive and worst meal I had in Spain. The staff was nice ,but the town is hilly making exploration for better dining less attractive after a long day on the El Camino.
