"Only stayed one night as we travelled from Glacier to Yellowstone, but really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was wonderful, the lobby has a lot of character for a chain hotel, parking was a breeze, and our room had a door that opened to the indoor pool which was perfect for the kids. Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever back in Helena, MT."
"Awesome find! Some of the old pictures showed beds with those old type of comforters and I thought it would be an mediocre experience for $85. When we opened the door we were pleasantly surprised, the room was clean, the beds were super comfortable, the bedding and comforter were super soft and comfy like in a Holiday Inn, and they had a skinny and a fluffy pillow, what was perfect for us. The bathroom was clean. So besides the somewhat outdated furniture, TV and MW, and actual is eys to open the door, this room was equivalent to Hampton in in cleanliness and comfort. Highly recommend."
"Hotel was okay but in a weird spot. Not much around it so you will need to drive for supper, etc. The room was clean and quiet but we did wake up stuffy from something in the room. Wasnt too impressed that some homeless people are sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot."
"Our room was clean and tidy. The sofa bed is a nice addition for the room use. The bathrooms were spotless and the walk in shower is very user friendly and safe. Sarah, who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful. There was plenty of parking and access to our room was very easy. The breakfast was hot and filling and there were plenty of choices. They did a good job meeting the needs of dietary restrictions.
The location made us easy to get around Helena to our various events."
"Lamplighter Cabins is such a cute place to stay! The check-in process was easy and convenient, with the staff leaving the key in our cabin before we arrived. We enjoyed taking a walk through the neighborhood and loved the charming old-town atmosphere.
It's too bad we were only there for a short time because we would have loved to explore more. We had a wonderful stay, and if we're ever back in Helena, we would definitely stay at Lamplighter Cabins again."
