"When I booked, the property had a pool. It was empty. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast, which there was not. He heater did not work in our room and we froze. The light bulb in main bathroom area was burnt out. There was no hangers in closet to hang our clothes. There was no coffee pot. The carpet was very dirty and not vacuumed. We were very disappointed in this location and would not stay again. "

"The hotel smelt like smoke. Our tub was not clean. At check in the clerk was arguing on her cell phone with someone. At check out, we were ignored and the clerk walked a way from us and went down a hallway. The was mud in the stairwells and hallways ."
