"The check in lady who helped us is very friendly. The property is clean and the room is clean too. The lobby is cozy and comfortable. The location is just right next to the Oberlin College, it’s very convenient for us as we came here to visit the college. Overall experience is excellent. We will book this place if we ever returning. "

"After reading some of the previous reviews I was expecting some issues, but still booked due to location next to the hockey rink my son was playing at, and rooms at $45/night (on a Wednesday.) We were greeted with a cheerful and efficient front desk person, the lobby was nice, there were hot coffee/water machines, the elevators were fine, our connecting rooms were clean and bug-free, furnishings and carpet were clean, room temperature controls were great, all lamps and fridge and TV's worked, plumbing was fine, beds and pillows were comfortable, the entire place was quiet... I am still trying to figure out what people were complaining about. Maybe some rooms are more updated than others, and weekend nights are more rowdy, but I have no idea. At any rate, if you are staying mid-week, take advantage of the amazing rates. "
