1. Good: The location of the facility was very good and having a fitness room on sight was nice. Enjoyed the putt putt course, too. 2. Bad: Heater operation was not wonderful. 3. Ugly: a. Very loud leaf blower being operated right behind cabin in the evening and even after dark until we complained b. No warning that a loud emergency siren could go off at night. I understand the need but a heads up would have been nice c. Paid the same as our companions for a cabin but ours was considerably smaller I would avoid this property in the future

We had an amazing stay at this lodge and would highly recommend it for families. There are so many amenities and activities to keep everyone entertained, from the mini golf course and outdoor activities to the incredible game room, which was a highlight of our stay. The beautiful, picturesque grounds and charming small town with its historic buildings and homes made the experience even more special. It’s also conveniently located about a 30-minute drive to Fort Ticonderoga, which was amazing to explore and we highly recommend visiting. This is a wonderful family getaway with something for everyone, and we hope to return again!

The property is immaculate and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is brand new and down to the last detail. We spent a lot of time walking to town, going to the lake, and enjoying the views. Things I would like to see to improve the experience would be have an option for including breakfast. I typically go to a resort where I pay extra for all meals included so we missed that. Also the pool felt cold to me. Otherwise everything was wonderful and we will come back again

Great amenities and a super fun game room. Some of the common hallways with carpeting in the main lodge definitely had a pet smell to them and I am not sensitive to smells. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. Food at the Brown Swan was amazing. One warning - if you rent boats be sure to get a receipt! I was charged more than I’d expected after charging boat rentals to the room and haven’t been able to get to the bottom of it yet.

The staff was amazing, thank you Trayan for the support at the lake and all the front desk staff. The view does not take the breath away but makes you breathe in life and happiness. The indoor pool hot tub and sauna was a great escape from the rain.
