"The owner was very personable. I interrupted her Sunday evening meal and she still was happy to help me. I enjoyed room one, which I would change the name to the heart/hart room. I would “hide“ a few more hearts/harts for guests to find and offer a Scottish keychain as a prize if they found them all, perhaps like the one that came with the key to the room. Threse made my stay relaxing and comfortable, just what I needed."

The cleanliness of the room will satisfy those of the most fastidious nature and the food, whilst simple, was most excellently prepared and presented. It was a pleasure to discourse in the bar with the proprietor(s) whose range of interests and experiences made for excellent company.
