"They said the cooker was broken however we feel that they should have had someone to repair it asap. We understood there was no Tv or wifi but in this day and age anything is possible even if you have to raise the price. We were not told about electricity that it was a key meter it was only when an alarm was going off we traced it to electric box to find there was only 50p left on it we put key on and it added another £15 which went nowhere these are very expensive devices. "Room was clean and recently renovated and the bed comfortable. Nice to have a coffee pod machine in the room. The corridors had an odd smell and the carpet needs replacing. The walls are thin, so you do hear people in the corridor and rooms next-door. We didn't eat there so can't say what the food is like. "
