"Very old hotel. Could use some new carpeting throughout. No staff on duty for check in. Hotel bar was never open. Good location for the ferry. Our room had very low ceilings that forced you to walk hunched over. Morning staff worker Sheena was a doll."

"We had a fabulous week at the Isle of Mull Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and our sea view room stunning. We ate at the bar and in the restaurant and both were amazing, staff were polite and attentive, especially Sean. The hotel is great for touring round the island and provided us a comfortable and convenient base for our trip. Only downside was the pool wasn't open as there was a problem with the heating of the water, but I think that was nearly fixed as we left. Spa was open though, although we didn't use it that looks lovely - outside sauna/hot tub. Would definitely return if we visit Mull again."
