"Very quiet room; heard no noise from hallway or rooms to the side or above. Comfortable and very clean. One complaint is that shower was not designed well and water always leaked over the edge leaving a puddle on the floor. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Convenient to Byward Market and Rideau Centre across the street. Never had to walk far to get back to the hotel after an evening out on the town. Many homeless in the area, but I was never bothered by them and they did not hinder access to the hotel. I would recommend this hotel and will stay again."
