Overall, we had a good stay and felt it was great value for money. The parking was convenient and comfortable, which made things easier during our trip. Check-in had a few hiccups initially as the key card did not work, and there was a “Do Not Disturb” sign outside the room that caused some confusion. However, the issues were resolved, and the overall experience was pleasant. Would consider staying again.

My only complaint would be there was a constant low hum in the background of the building. Would be annoying to some people. Beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and strong. I plan to use it again next May

Great location in downtown . Fair enough parking lot. Friendly and helpful staff. Great price for downtown, compare to the other hotels. Wash room sink was clogged . Toilet is too small . All the night was noisy by fridge and HVAC system . Mattress was really annoying.

I realize when students are in residence they have to bring everything but when they rent to the public they should at least have a toaster, coffee maker, a few plates and utensils. There weren't any eating places near by. Or they should tell you at the time of booking they do not supply anything at all and the people are responsible to bring what they need. However the bed's were comfortable and the staff very friendly and helpful. Also, the O train wasn't to far and everywhere we went in the city the people are so friendly and even going out of their way to walk us to our destination.

Very helpful and charming staff. The only warning to future travellers is that they should be aware about the parking and set it first thing at their arrival. It would have been very helpful if the staff had warned me clearly to pay it through the machine at the entrance of the building. As a single mom with 3 young kids, going up and down to get our luggage, attempting to pay through the app of the parking AND with the not functional QR code at the entrance of the parking, I finally realized I had to pay at the entrance of the building but then realized I had been given a ticket… besides the ticket, it was a lovely experience for all of us.

Great place to stay as you can walk to most attractions easily. The train station is also on campus nearby. Pay for parking insides the building (there is a machine - you can ask the staff), which gives you a slightly better rate/ time than the online option outsides!

Check in is at 4pm. The room was great. Beds were soft. Everything was clean and met our basic needs. Parking was easy and a great price. Excellent location. I recommend this for anyone who doesn’t need anything fancy and wants to be close to downtown.
