"Without hyperbole, our stay here was like walking into a dream. The property is elegant in every detail and yet completely integrated with the setting. The weather was variable during our stay (it IS Scotland), and we found we could relax in our room and watch the moods pass over the loch, from sunshine and bright color to an almost frosty-seeming monochrome. The host and staff were attentive to every detail and completely dedicated to making our stay special. The breakfasts were among the best we have had anywhere, and while there is only one dinner restaurant in walking distance, we found it more than adequate. If you are driving near this area I very much recommend you make time for a stay at this wonderful property."
