"We loved this hotel. It's beautiful, quiet, and clean. The included breakfast was delicious and The staff was wonderful. The pool was not huge but I have definitely seen smaller pools. It was the perfect temperature and the pool area felt like we were in a jungle hideaway. The hotel is about a 10 min easy walk to the beach. On the way to the beach, you walk by many good looking restaurants (we only had time to try 2). The beach is beautiful. We will be back!"

"We experienced being part of a lock down in the Puerto Vallarta area. The hotel and all restaurants closed down however fortunately they let us stay another night as road was closed. Unfortunately we were a victim of extreme price gouging. Being charged twice the room price without notice for the Sunday night stay stay. Will not be back. "

"This is a very impressive hotel on first look. It is modern and well designed. I think that the most expensive rooms are quite well laid out. The smaller less expensive rooms…. Which are still expensive within the San Pancho market… are quite small and lack the creature comforts that one expects for this category of hotel. It is ideal for a 2-3 day stay…. Not so great IMHO… for an extended stay.. The staff in all areas is very friendly and the facilities are well maintained.. There is one thing missing that pretty much all the guests agreed on….There is no safety deposit box in-room or available at the front desk. Kind of a confusing ommision for a premium hotel in Mexico. "

"The staff is so courteous. The rooms are excellent. They upgraded the shower which was very comfortable. This place is a hidden gem in San Poncho I highly recommend this hotel."

"Unique experience staying in a mud wall building. Very comfortable bed. However, no wifi was completely unexpected. Barbed wire fence was hard to navigate at night when we returned home. Ceiling fan in bedroom was filthy."
