"This place is okay, it is old and not updated. there is a kitchen but no amenities such as salt or oil. Also It was expected to clean everything but there was no sponge or dish soap or hot water. The faucet in the kitchen was dripping cold water which was reported but nothing was done. There is cracked tile and holes in the grout that should be fixed. It was overall clean and roomy. Private patio, quiet neighborhood and nice pool."

"L’accueil exceptionnel digne des hôtels 5* par Isai. Deco mexicaine de bon goût, coloré, petite boutique vendant des produits d’artisans locaux. Eco/pet friendly très bien situé près de l’avenue principale et à quelques minutes de marche de la belle plage. Juste noté que la piscine est à 3 min de marche mais dans un décor enchanteur."

"Hot tubs and pool could use more frequent cleaning. Front desk staff could be more attentive to guests vs visiting with friends. Construction project next door was very loud and starts early in the morning. Staff did nothing to quiet loud gatherings ests in common areas late at night. Housekeeping was excellent. Room was very cool. A four, but should be a five."

"No terrace/balcony as the online room description implied for all rooms, but otherwise excellent. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were outstanding even during a lock down! Plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel to visit with other guests or to spend time alone. Pool area was relaxing and friendly."
