"After a very bad experience in San Juan with Wind Chimes Boutique Hotel, we decided to book Hyatt Place Bayamon and it was the best decision we could have made. This hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment we arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed after such a stressful situation.
