"breakfast was good and staff were lovely but the buildings for the accommodation were very run down and I didn't feel safe going around the back of the block to the door (as a woman on her own) TV was broken/ channels wouldn't load. Shower was lovely and warm and bathroom clean but it did feel a bit like an army barracks"

"No heating working in room and room very small the pub is nicely decorated but the food prices are extortionate ie 2 large prawns £22 for a starter,I ordered the pie and chips for £20 no veg that was extra and it came out as chunks of meat and gravy in a bowl plate with a flaky bit of pastry on top no pie at all and beer very expensive then it called last orders at 9 45pm never go back "

"Hotel was nice and staff were friendly. The spa was closed (main reason for booking) and only found out during check in, however we able to use the spa facilities at their neighbor hotel at The Celtic Manor Resort, which is a gorgeous resort and we got to use the facilities on check in day and after check out too! Was a nice weekend overall."

"Overall good, couple of niggles. It's located by a motorway and it is noisy as the windows dont shut properly. The breakfast was great apart from the bacon, which they cook folded in half so one side is crispy and one side is soft."
