"Excellent service. Room was perfect. Bedroom Slippers were provided and bed was super comfortable. Breakfast was a great spread. The bathroom got wet easily but it was something we could live with. "

"Absolutely charming place. The gardens are lovely. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was modern and large. Every part of the house looks like a quaint picture! Amazing place. It is also close to some of “Portugal Farm Experiences and Tours”. "

"We stayed here to access the national park and the nearby limestone caves which are worth seeing. Signage to the reception at the property could be clearer but it is a prominent building in the small village. Breakfast was very good although the absence of tea / coffee amenities in the room meant you had to access them from a common area at cost (expensive). "I had the whole property to myself as I stayed on a weekday night! It was kinda scary as I was the only guest and it’s a big room and property.
It’s very clean and comfortable. However, the lights went off shortly after I went into the shower room. As I’m not tall, the sensor can’t detect my moving arms so I ended up showering in the dark.
I would recommend staying here when it’s slightly busy. "

"Was Warmley welcome by the lovely female receptionist, she went out of her way to make my stay pleasant after i had a rough start for my day. Room was lovely. Hotel v clean and spacious.excellent location. Modern, love there was a chapel in the hotel. Nice Bar too that stay open until mid night. "

Hotel is only four years old but still like new and very high quality in all aspects. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a room for a day or several days. "I would highly recommend Mercure Fatima. Our stay was excellent. Property has a convenient location, close to Fatima and shops and dining options. There is a restaurant at the hotel as well. Property was extremely clean. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very attentive and courteous. Breakfast is excellent, offering different choices of food. The only inconvenience we had was with parking at the hotel. Parking is underground (it is usual in all hotels in the area) and it is small. It gets full easily and the only choice is to park on the street across the hotel. Overall, our stay was amazing and we would stay at Mercure Fatima again."
