"The staff was very accomodating, Helped me to adjust the length of my stay. I did not get her name but she was so pretty with long dark hair and recently was living in Canada. Kept me in the loop as they discussed with Hotels.com my options. The hotel is clean, offers meals and drinks on site as well as free snack bar. Great location, beautiful scenery. Thank you to your exceptional staff!"

"Great experience, would recommend! Hotel has a diverse complimentary breakfast and several dinner options within the hotel premises. The location is on the edge of town which was convenient for quickly navigating to trails, but not too many sites within walking distance."

"Room was good, there is no air conditioning but don’t forget it gets colder at night in the mountains, So AC isn’t really required . Just open your window and you’ll be fine. Parking was tight but we found extra parking in the back. Overall great hotel. Great breakfast, they had eggs and bacon and a coffee machine that will make any kind of coffee you want. If you’re struggling to find a hotel in cortina, just book this one. You’ll be more than satisfied. Was quiet at night, and wifi was fast."

"This place was outstanding; the staff were really attentive and helpful. The common areas were comfortable and well appointed. The location was good. The rooms were clean and fine, with comfortable beds. The rooms were good size. Like most of northern Italy, no air conditioning, which can be a challenge in the warmer weather, so you open unscreened windows and get a fan. We slept well. The breakfast was excellent."
