Very nice hotel by the edge of Alleghe. Room with lake view really had an astonishing view over the lake. Mehdi was very helpful with all practicalities.

Wonderful base to explore the Dolomites from.

Great location and excellent view from the room. Parking was paid, but across the road from hotel. Breakfast was ample and varied, and the chef was very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Would recommend for others to stay if needing a base in the Dolomites.

The owner and staff at the hotel were very friendly and helped me find transportation. I visited for a ski trip at the end of the year and had booked two hotels, so I needed a ride from one to the other. I knew it wouldn’t be easy, but it turned out to be much harder than I expected! Since it was the end of the year and taxis aren’t the main mode of transportation in the Dolomites, I struggled to reach any taxi companies. However, the owner and staff went above and beyond to help me. They kept calling different taxi companies, speaking in Italian over and over, and after five or six tries, they finally found a ride for me! I truly appreciate their effort and kindness.

I selected the property based on the location and price was a major factor. It is a basic hotel but it was good value for money. I had a lake view room and the view of the lake is super impressive. I could also see the mountains which are also beautiful. The view was an unexpected bonus. The facilities are basic ie no refrigerator and no tea and coffee making set up in the room which is typical I think for a budget hotel in Europe. Beds are cheap but I slept well and my back was fine. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Not lots of English but we made it work just fine. Cleaning was very good. Breakfast is typical European style with lots of breads, cakes and pastries. No fruit but I was able to ask for some yoghurt which was nice. The manager was kind enough to make me a bacon and eggs on request. Overall I got the value I paid for and a bonus with such a beautiful view.

A vista do hotel é muito bonita e é exatamente em frente ao lago. O quarto com varanda é um pouco pequeno, mas cumpre a função, todavia, eu esperava mais, por ser mais caro. Senti falta de um box no banheiro, pois mesmo com a cortina, acaba molhando bastante o restante do cômodo. Quando se anda no quarto o piso faz bastante barulho. O hotel vende vinhos, mas não possui taças, o que não faz sentido. O estacionamento de propriedade do local (em frente ao hotel) estava vazio, mas ainda assim cobram um valor de €10 por noite, o que é irrazoável. O café da manhã é apenas de 07h às 09h, o que eu particularmente acho bem cedo e com horário restrito, mas é bem servido. As pessoas que trabalham na cozinha são muito gentis e solícitos, mesmo não falando nossa língua. O check-in é às 15h e o checkout é às 10h.

청결과 자연환경은 좋았으나 편의시설이 부족하였다. 냉장고도 없고 전기포터도 없었다. 물도 사서 먹어야 했으며, 심지어 주차요금도 하룻밤 10유로를 받았다. 호텔시설 설명에는 1미터 근방에 무료주차가 가능하다고 해놓고.

Propaganda enganosa, a foto engana demais Banheiro simplesmente lamentável, pior que banheiro público (e olha que sou baixo pois tenho 1,70 de altura) Café com muito pouca opção Valor elevado com nada de qualidade na entrega Shann (consiglieri) foi a única coisa boa em nossa estadia, aliás pessoa e profissional maravilhoso
