"Nice location on the river, and although the pool isn't a swimming pool - more of a plunge pool - it was nice to cool off in. We would have stayed there longer but left due to the number of smokers; unfortunately in a courtyard area like that it's hard to get away from other people's smoke! Our room was a little tired - could do with a paint to freshen it up - and we struggled to find enough sockets to charge our electrical items. Staff were very helpful and kindly let us use the garage to park our motorbikes in overnight. It's a 15-20 min walk to the area where all the main bars/restaurants are, but there's a lot going on in the town so it's worth the walk. Barman made a great mojito!"

"Stayed here a few times but this time was disappointing. The toilet light did work & the shower had an issue that if you were not careful you could get burnt. We had a large storm and the water was pouring in our door top. I contacted reception to get towels, we were offered to move but being so late wasn’t really viable. In the morning we had to re raise the issues as it seems nothing had been noted or raised which is poor as the next person to use that room will have issues."

"The hotel is undergoing a renovation, which is clearly needed, because the room is quite outdated with very old furniture and amenities. I couldn't get the A/C to work, but didn't bother asking about it as the weather was cool enough not to need it. The staff I interacted with was always professional, but one night (around 10:30pm) it took almost 30 minutes to find someone for the front desk to help both folks who were waiting to check in and to help me, as my room key stopped working. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of breads, meats, and pastries. The coffee machine was fine, though I wish there was filtered coffee available for larger portions as I kept having to go back to the machine to refill my cup."

"Beautiful Homey little hotel in a small town outside of Duant and Namur the town itself is very everything made of stone. But the small town was in walking distance of restaurants, and a bakery I would highly recommend this if you wanted to experience the beautiful countryside of Belgium. We will stay again Keep in mind you must have your own car to get to this town"
