It is well-placed for easy access to the Liverpool shopping and theatre area with excellent transport links. The property is dated and needs a bit of an update to the room and general areas, but clean and comfy rooms with an excellent choice of quality produce at breakfast.

I only spent one night with a friend. We had a brilliant breakfast the staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect for what we wanted that was to experience the night life around Mathew street. The car park was just across the road with reasonable rates given the discount from the hotel.i would certainly recommend this hotel

Staff very friendly and helpful. Lovely chilled atmosphere. Great buffet breakfast, plenty of choice of fresh, tasty variety of cooked food, pastries, cereals and fruit. Very quick Taxi service from front desk which was excellent as I had a hospital appointment in the morning.

Lovely stay, room was spacious and unique in decor. The jacuzzi bath was lovely, breakfast was excellent. Only downsides were the bathroom was a little tired and needed some repairs to the floor and walls.

Great customer service from staff. Property was just a let down. Paid for a double room but ended up with a room with 5 beds in which is not what we booked. There are no opening windows so there was no air in the property and the aircon as well as the telly was not functioning. Resulting in an awful sleep that we left around 8am in the morning. At the back it was full of druggies smoking crack not a nice picture to see.
