We had a fantastic 2 night stay here and the hotel was immaculate. Very quiet, fabulous breakfast and helpful staff. Within short walking distance of train station, bus station, shops and attractions. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

First room wasnt up to much had some dampness in the corner but girl on reception was lovely and sorted another room for us which was great had a lovely stay and the breakfast was amazing. Shame we could only stay the 2 days in the end. Will definitely be back

Fantastic stay

Fantastic stay, hotel was lovely and clean and the staff were so helpful, even leaving a birthday card for my daughter, as we were in Liverpool celebrating her 18rh birthday. Would definitely recommend and looking to stay here again.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the heart of the city and handy for city centre shopping. The facilities were great. The only thing missing was an airconditioner in the room as it was a bit warm due to the summer heat and the windows don't open. Also, a shower stool in the disabled / accessible rooms would have been great for elderly or disabled customers

Paid for a room I didn’t get Had to move rooms at 10pm because tv wasn’t working Very noisy outside till early hours then noise starts again from 6am Breakfast was lovely

Only stayed one night but the hotel was perfectly located. Everything was clean and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast. Despite the lively nightlife nearby it was pretty quiet up on the 3rd floor. Would stay here again

Everything was very good. My only one gripe was that the toilet brush was in a disgusting condition. Breakfast was great, quality ingredients and cooked fresh. Staff were readily available and very helpful. Bottom line for me, would I go back - yes

We were extremely frustrated when we were told that our luggage could not be held at the hotel. We had to pay to keep our luggage in a nearby store until check in. We then had to pay extra to have a later checkout due to our luggage again because we had tours that would not be completed until 11:30am. This hotel was the most expensive place we stayed within a 3 week vacation and honestly, was the most disappointing in terms of customer service. We will not be recommending this hotel to friends.
