We arrived a few hpurs before check in and left our bags in a room by receptionist there was no lift but i thought the giy wouldve put the bags in our.room.when it had been cleaned..wvwrything else was fine

Lovely warm welcome from gentlemen on reception, had a drink in the hotels bar while we waited for our room, really nice cozy bar with comfy sofas. Room was on first floor, big comfy bed, lovely decor. Spotlessly clean. Absolutely fantastic location. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again 😊

Værelset var et kosteskab

Vi fik et værelse på størrelse med et kosteskab. Døren til værelset kunne lige gå op fordi sengen. Gulv pladsen på værelset var 2*1 meter. Man skulle kravle hen over hinanden i sengen. For at komme ind på den inderste plads i dobbeltsengen. Der var ingen ventilation ingen vindue. Det skulle vi så betale ekstra for. Det er det værste værelse jeg i mit liv har set. De billeder vi bestilte værelset ud fra var stort og med vindue. Det kostede 1000kr pr nat Under alt kretik. Vi sagde i reseptionen vi ikke kunne bo der. Så fik vi et lidt størrere værelse stadig uden vindue. Afløbet i håndvasken var totalt stoppet og vandet stod oven ud. Ingen sæbe ingen toiletpapir.

Good value but book a room at the rear

Staff great. Room not cleaned though in 3 days (not sure if I should have asked). I had a room overlooking the main road and from 3am onwards it was very busy and loud outside. My friend had a rear room and said it was great.

Awesome Stay - Very Happy

The staff were very friendly helpful and kind! The staff at the reception desk were helpful in every way helping us to get around Liverpool and to get groceries/meals and transportation. We are truly happy that we chose PrintWorks Hotel and will definitely recommend it to everyone! There’s no other place for us to stay in Liverpool going forward other than PrintWorks Hotel!

Fantastic!

The hotel is very well located in the heart of the city. It was a spacious and very comfortable room, with beautiful decor and modern comfort features such as air conditioning and a heated floor. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and helpful too. I really enjoyed my stay. My only issue was the hot water wasn’t working in the shower when I tried to use it - but it was about 1pm so I’m assuming they might’ve been having work done to the boiler? Hot water was back in the evening so probably just a one-off issue. Definitely doesn’t affect my opinion of the hotel - very much a 5 star stay for a very affordable price. Thank you!

Great location for a quick flying visit

Excellent location, right beside restaurants and bars on nearby bolt street Done the job. Ww were just over for a Liverpool game so ok for a flying visit. Building could do with a refurb but the room was clean. Bed mattress was uncomfortable -that was the only negative. Receptionist was friendly and upgraded our room to one with a window.

The room was nothing like the photos, it was very small. One person had to sit on the bed while the other got ready. I did phone to ask about bag drop off but when we got there it was just a cupboard with no lock and bags were not tagged. Light in room kepted flashing which we reported to front desk just after checking in but nothing was done about it, very annoying.Also loud drilling noise coming from AC every so often which woke you up. On the good side bathroom quite big and the whole place was clean. Good amenities in the room.
