"When checking in the girl at the front desk was pretty rude from the get go and when I told her I reserved 2 rooms she started to argue with me that I only reserved 1 room with 2 double beds. We went back and forth until I was finally able to pull up my reservation and she said well it’s no in the computer under that name they put it under someone else’s name. When she printed the paper for me to sign it did not have someone else’s name it had my name. She was just plain rude "
