"Generally clean room. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is alright. The issue is that the rooms are very dated. Or at least the one that we got. Wallpaper is bubbling up and peeling at corners. I know some rooms have been fixed already, but we got the older one."

"This hotel is so old and run down and the walls are paper thin. Despite being a family resort marketed to those with kids 12 and under there are loud teens and adults talking in the halls late at night. We were in an adjoining room and I could hear the guest next door sneeze. If you aren’t in the main building there’s no elevator. We were in 284 the shower curtain was torn at the holes. The toilet tank was offset, the flush was oddly depressed. And when you flushed the toilet it spent the next 5 minutes making refill noises. If we weren’t there for a comp we wouldn’t have stayed there. I stayed here 6-7 years ago with my niece but it has gone down hill feel like a motel not a hotel. Also, they charge high fees (not tourist/resort fee or taxes) that is not clearly explained what it is for. My child enjoyed the water park so that was the only saving grace."

"There was a bad smell in the hallways and room smelled like chlorine/bleach. No closet, no coffee machine, room with ice machine smelled like urine etc. Only reason I rated it poor was because we were only there for one night and were hardly in the room but to sleep."

"checked in Thurs evening, and went for a swim and a soak in the hot tub, the temperature of both was excellent and relaxing after the flight and drive. Friday didn't have a chance to use the pool or hot tub, Saturday morning at 915 am wanted to take advantage of them, as i swam a couple lengths and did my exercises in the pool, the guy that had been standing at the front desk talking when i walked by, came in and said to the guy in the hot tub that he'll turn it on now, he went into the mechanical room and came out and left, as i Went into the hot tub i asked the guy sitting in there how the water was, to which he replied its cold and he only turned it on now. ?? I sat for a minute in luke warm water, when i went to the front desk to ask why? She replied well maintaince doesn't start work till 9. So at 930 after he finished his conversion with the front desk lady he came to start the hot tub?? The hours are listed as open at 8 am to 10 pm. So then WHY ISN'T THE WATER TEMPERATURE AT THE LEVEL IT SHOULD BE AT?? it would then take a while for the water temperature to reach the level it is supposed to be at. Why advertise your hours as they are? If the hot tub temperature isn't relaxing and ready to use?? After i went back to my room to change, i came out to grab a tea from the complimentary counter and it was being cleared up. No where was a sign or was i told the hours of the complimentary counter. I then was told the hours were 6-10 a.m. ??? 2 handicapped stalls available?"
