"My first room was not so nice. Smelt of damp and had a really dreary view. Location perfect, I should’ve been given a nicer room at no extra cost but had to pay £25 to upgrade C’est La Vie. Some staff were lovely and some didn’t seem to quite be as caring. The lift smelt of urine that needs to be addressed. "

"I took advantage of a midweek good rate This is a very special place indeed. Cozy room and The bed just enveloped me The food there is fine dining. Very lovely. The spa is amazing. Warm pools and hot jacuzzis. Its all just lovely."

"Clean & spacious room , not yet upgraded in the ongoing renovation but perfectly acceptable and with proximity to the lift for my less-mobile companion. Staff attention to these needs was impressive (safety q’nnaire for evacuation needs) and Louis at front desk was charming. Great position on the seafront and walkable to the Laines (where there is secure parking) "
