"Lovely location, lovely staff, lovely food and a lovely sea view room! Couldn’t fault a thing! Specifically regarding the staff - just the nicest, helpful people, who made it the perfect stay, thank you!"

"Staff were lovely, and the property is situated beautifully. However, the property itself needs extensive renovation. The rooms as very dated. The worst part though was how dirty the rooms were, and I mean filthy. All crumbs and think dust on outter edges of carpets. The soap dish in shower was think with black mould and old soap. There is also no aircon (you do get a fan) but the window barely opens and it is like a furnace at night, makes it extremely unpleasant. Only stayed there due to a wedding but would not stay again."

"The time we stayed in the hotel was ok.great for the beach and not far from town .The bed was very big and comfortable,clean sheets and good duvet,there was a few cobwebs dangling down from the ceiling above bed near window .which my grandaughter saw 1st and did want to sleep on that side of the bed in case there was a spider..the bathroom was a good size and shower and toilet. Breakfast was great plenty to choose from cereals, toast,jams,marmalade, fruit juices,different milks to choose from too.fruit ,yogurts and choice of cooked breakfast from a menu,given to you night before to choose for breakfast next day. Bacon,eggs fried or scrambled poached,sausages,fish.really good choice which was lovely. Tea and coffee pleantful too.i would diffinately stay again . Very convenient 👌 place to stay. So near the beach and a carpark too for guest . Very pleasant stay."

"Cosy single room in old part of hotel, I was on the top floor - had a fantastic view, may get very hot in the summer as there was no air conditioning and it got a lot of sun. Windows do open though. New bath/shower. Had iron, steamer and ironing board. No mini fridge, but there was a kettle. The room I had did have very steep stairs to get to top floor - probably not great for medium/ big suitcases, small carry on suitcase was fine for me to carry up. Breakfast was marvellous, loads of options on buffet/ to order and the staff were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. Beautiful downstairs reception with comfy couches, board games and a bar. Pool was excellent. Wish I could have stayed longer, a lovely escape from hectic London."

"Highly recommend a visit , Katie is a superb host and nothing is too much trouble. Location is perfect for beaches and town, our room was light airy and spacious with lots of lovely extras . Breakfast is superb with a huge choice . Would definitely stay again and thank you Katie and Trish for looking after us so well 🤗Liz and Jo"
