"Clean room "

"Sorry this is not a place I would ever stay again. You smell smoke immediately when you enter the building. The carpet in the hallway so very dirty. The room let out couch and furniture had stains all over it. Outside in the back where I parked to get to my room smelled just like trash it was terrible. "

"Had a horrible experience checked in staff was not nice.They were rude.They give me my room when I get off.The elevator is a guy approaching me in regular clothes, saying 236, which was supposed to be my room coming to find out.He's telling me that room is no good.Then he gives me another room.Doesn't introduce yourself as a manager. Then when we go in the room, it smells completely like bleach.I could not smell north sea because the stench of the bleach was so extremely strong. I go back to the front desk to let the front door snow.They give me another room.I also pay extra for another bed. The last and final Rome, they attempt to give me I sit on the bed. Almost fell off the bed was broken. I go back to the front desk to explain to them what I just experienced staff get where we ruled saying reimbursement my money back, didn't even let me say anything regarding the Rome. So after they said to give me my money back, I asked, are you kicking me out? And they say yes. I would never stay in a quality hotel and I think anybody moving forward should never stay at at the quality hotel."

"The pull out couch was filthy. It had a fitted sheet that was covered in stains. Not stains that stay after a wash. Stains from not being cleaned. We didn’t have enough towels for our room. We booked for 5 people with 2 towels in the room. When asked for more i was only given 1. "

"Water is not out i can't take shower and not use toilet "

"I booked a double queen room and they decided to change it for king room, which is a lower price than what I paid. They defused to switch the room or refund the difference. To top it off, the quilt was dirty, the bathroom can use some paint and the bathroom room door some soap. Don't expect to stay there again. Don't recommend it. "

"Overall a quiet stay. Staff was friendly and helpful helping me navigate the area. I would say my only issue was the broken door in the lobby but overall, i liked it. I'll be returning"
