"Staff was wonderful. Room was large and very clean and comfortable. We were on the rail side. Luckily I’m a sound sleeper so the trains throughout the night didn’t bother me. Coffee/tea station was very nice. Would definitely recommend for the savings!"

"Loved the property. Good value for the area. Only things to watch out for are the elevators. They close on you. Our stroller got stuck, couldn't push the doors open. I have to climb over the stroller and into the elevator to push the open door button. Luckily our kid was IN the stroller and didn't get crushed. If she had just been in the way of the door, it would have severely hurt her. This happened multiple times, it was not just a one off. Super unsafe, just be aware they close fast. Second, the spots in the underground parkade are HORRIBLE to park in if you have a larger vehicle. We were circling the lot (along with 3 or 4 other vehicles) to try and fit into various spots. The overall stay was great, and the amenities they provide in the rooms are amazing."
