"I wouldn’t recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Terrible service, the bathtub was so dirty and so was the shower. After a hike all we wanted was a nice warm shower but when we saw how dirty our bathroom was we just wanted a quick rinse and get out of there as quickly as possible. All the drawers were filthy with stains we didn’t dare to put our clothes in them. The phone didn’t work, neither did the fridge. All the vending machines were broken we could not get water! The pool floor was also nasty, the staff was rude.
Again safe your money do not come here!"
"The hotel room was clean and very spacious. We would have liked to have had a storage space for our mountain bike, but we were able to keep it in the room when we asked. Front desk, staff was a tentative and helpful. The convenience of having the casino right beside and in a walk-through because of inclement weather was nice. We enjoyed the band that would come on stage at the sports bar every night, however, would be nice to have a bit of a dance floor. The gym was great."
"Great little motel! Everything is upgraded, clean and modern. The staff were very helpful with the one issue we did have. Loved: the robes in our room and having tea as well coffee provided for the Keurig. Noise from the highway was not really an issue during our stay. Thanks!"
"If you have to stay in room 201 refuse the room the air conditioner blows in directly in your face but if you turn it off the room turns into an oven. Staff are well aware of the problem in the room. We got moved from one room to another when we wanted to stay an extra day- a king suite o a queen room with no difference in charge but a huge difference in room. Totally not able to sleep the second night with the air conditioner blowing in my face."
"The breakfast area was very crowded and did not have a very good lay-out. The room was clean, but had a bathroom door that was very noisy and would not shut properly and the shower head sprayed out from around the joints."
