"Our stay was wonderful, it was hard to leave! The food was great, so many options. The property is large & beautifully landscaped. Loved all of the flowers & birds. Everything is clean & well maintained. So many activities to choose from, and the pools & beach area are wonderful. We will definitely be back!"

"The Dolphin suites have great location with acces to Mambo beach, the Aquarium, restaurants and shopping. The suites are spacious and clean. Breakfast options were good. "

"The staff at this property was the BEST I have ever experienced. The property was horrific. I saw multiple roaches in my room. I went and told the manager and the upgraded me to an ocean view on the beach room were the door had a large crack in it and I was bitten by mosquitoes all night long. I attempted to contact Hyatt's corporate office which they didn't take down my number or email and we hot disconnected. When I called back they said I never called in to that number. Hyatt is the worst I have dealt with and as much as I travel I will never stay at there hotels. "
