"We didn’t realize this was a VI property until we checked in despite being VI members. It was a nice option to be able to pay directly via Expedia versus using points. Perhaps because of this we were given a room upgrade. We had a two bedroom suite. The rooms were very clean. We had a great location by the pool and hot tub on the first floor and had two nice decks. The unit had a full kitchen, washer and dryer and air conditioning. The walk in showers had great water pressure and got nice and hot. It was more like an apartment vs a hotel room. The units look like they have recently been upgraded. The pool was cold but it is only June…the hot tub was great. There were games you could borrow in the club house and pool floats and toys. We didn’t use them but you get use of two bikes and there is a tennis court that also has pickleball courts. I don’t how The Pines compares in price to the Sunriver Resort but we thought it was worth the price and will definitely stay again."
"If you're traveling Highway 58, the Willamette Pass Inn & Chalets in Crescent is a fantastic place to stay. Surrounded by towering pines and some of the best riding roads Oregon has to offer, it's the perfect home base for exploring the Cascades. The rooms are comfortable, the property is well-kept, and the mountain setting makes it easy to slow down and enjoy the quieter side of Oregon.
One of the things I appreciated most was the location. It's an easy walk over to Manley's for a great meal and a cold drink after a day on the road, and having a coffee stand right in the parking lot is a nice bonus for getting your morning started before heading out for another ride.
Whether you're passing through for a night or using it as a basecamp for a few days of adventure, the Willamette Pass Inn is a welcoming stop in a beautiful part of the state. I'll happily stay here again."
"We were visiting family friends so we didn’t spend much time there but I would definitely come back. We stayed in a cottage and it was comfortable for 3 of us (1 couple, 1single). It was great having a full kitchen but we only had time to use the fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The floor/ceiling fan needed a cleaning but that was nothing compared to all of the positives. Beautiful grounds and John that checked us in and out was very helpful and friendly. "
