The couple and their young daughter acquired the house and estate in 2018 to develop it as a vineyard, and a year later they opened four guest rooms. They showed us a route to go for a morning run, recommended a brilliant restaurant (Aster - have the aubergine it’s declicious!) and make the breakfast all by hand with local ingredients.
