Basic hotel

On arrival we parked in hotel car park to be greeted by dog excrement and discarded cigarettes by rear entrance door these were not removed for duration of our stay, whilst we were aware we had booked a budget hotel we were still suprised by how basic the rooms were withwash hand basin in bedroom we cancelled our next planned stay in Ibis budget because of this

First of all, I would like to thank the extremely friendly reception staff. It wasn't out of training, but out of pure kindness. Location is great, walking distance to the city center, restaurants around and it was easy to park the car on the street (weekends free). Room is budget but functional. Breakfast very OK. Good option ;)

We paid for breakfast and it was terrible, as we went into breakfast room it was divided and walking up to table to get some cold hams and orange juice we were told we had to eat in other part of dining area where there was just bread and waffles and drinks. Everyone was sneaking through to get a yogurt or fresh juice the satff in breakfast area were very rude!! Never stay there look for something don’t always settle for the cheapest it’s not worth it , everyone who was English were complaining amongst themselves. Very disappointing!

A chaque fois que je vais à Albi je vais à cette hôtels ibis mais cette fois j'ai pris une chambre pour trois personnes j'ai pris un grand lit avec un lit superposés c'est dangereux pour monter sa va mais pour descendre cest dangereux
