"Our one night stay was fine, and we would stay at Hotel Star Inn Lisbon Aeroporto again. PROS: - Convenient location - Free shuttle to airport - Pleasant and helpful staff - Nice breakfast buffet, which included gluten-free options - Surprisingly quiet given the close proximity to the airport - Mini-fridge in room and a free small carton of water CONS: - Rooms are small - While the bathroom was "clean," there was mildew-like staining around the bottom of the shower door and in some of the grout lines in the shower."

"The fridge didn’t work and we had call someone to look at it. They turned up and said they would come the following day but didn’t turn up. Also the safe was broken so we could put our personal items in there for the last couple of days. The room floor wasn’t fully cleaned either. The staff in reception were really helpful though"

"The hotel is conveniently located as it is close to the airport. It is also close to metro stations. The hotel could use new pillows as the ones in our room were flat, and the towels also smelt damp. It does not seem that early check-in is an option, even if an hour or two earlier than the 3 PM check-in time. Otherwise, our stay at the hotel was decent."
