Very nice appartement

Very confortable flat for 4 persons, nice fourniture. Not in the center but very comfy and calm with supermarket, good restaurant, butcher and public transport near by. Don't be suprise with the check in and out there will be no one to welcome you. Every thing is explained by mail or phone.

Die Unterkunft war großartig, die Verständigung mit den Gastgebern freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sauber und großzügig geschnitten. Die Einrichtung ist sicher schon etwas älter aber voll funktional und es fehlt an nichts. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei und ist für die Sommermonate perfekt, insbesondere da zwei Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach gelegen sind. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es fußläufig, auch eine Bäckerei, Cafés, Restaurants und ein Spielplatz direkt um die Ecke. Außerdem ist ein wunderschöner Park in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Kinder können hier Papageien, Enten, Gänse und sogar einen Strauß bewundern und kommen auch auf ihre Kosten. Kinderreisebett und Kinderhochstuhl können ebenfalls zur Verfügung gestellt werden, dass war für uns auch wichtig und sehr praktisch. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man schnell an allen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Vriendelijke ontvangst! Goed contact en goeie tips. Veel aanwezig. Luidruchtige medehuurders en veel straatlawaai (typisch voor een stad zeker) Ik miste, raar maar waar, een stofzuiger. Extra spullen werden zo snel mogelijk in orde gebracht. Vb handdoeken

Typisch portugiesisches Stadthaus

Eigentlich schön, leider im Inneren vieles kaputt (Duschkopf, Küchenschrank, Waschmaschine..), ungepflegt (abgeplatzte Wandfarbe,...) oder schmutzig (Küche, Kühlschrank,...) Waschmaschine wurde nach Meldung gegen eine funktionstüchtige ausgetauscht, die optisch und vom Alter her ein Fall für den Sperrmüll gewesen wäre. Der Duschkopf war abgeschraubt und als Stopfen in ein Abflussloch des Badezimmerbodens gesteckt - wozu? Damit da nichts herauskommen kann? Wir haben ihn also dort belassen. Trotzdem hatre die Wohnung einen gewissen Charme und Charakter. Nachts allerdings unzumutbar laut durch den Verkehr auf der Straße und Flugzeuge. Einziger Vorteil: Man kann in der Mähe einen Parkplatz finden. Deswegen hatten wir sie auch ausgesucht.

Jf. mail ville ansvarlig for indtjekning være i ejendommen. Det var ikke tilfældet, selvom vi kom til aftalt tidspunkt. Lejligheden var præget af forberedelse til udlejning; men endnu ikke klar. Her er blot et par eksempler: Strømførende kabler hang frit i en samling på badeværelset (ekstremt uforsvarligt og farligt), leverandørens klistermærke på et af vinduerne sad stadig fast, vandvarmeren var ikke tilsluttet færdigt så der løb vand ud på gulvet, der var håndværkerstøv. Vi vil ikke anbefale at booke hos Try Lisbon

Les photos montrent le plus beau des appartements! Une fois arrivés sur place, on nous a installé dans un appartement à l’étage au-dessus. L’appartement n’était pas du tout dans le même état que celui sur les photos. Il ne faut donc pas se fier aux photos car notre appartement n’était pas du tout moderne. Au contraire c’était vieux. Par contre, la personne qui nous a accueilli était très sympathique.

nice house clouse to the cennter of the city

I make a good experience in this house because near there are many traditional shops and bar and this part of the city, called alcantare, was very peasible.
