This is a great deal for a 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette. The location by Sao Sebastio Metro station is great if going to the airport or anywhere.

This property is in an excellent location close to major shopping, dining, and transportation. For the price, it is much better than a normal hotel room because you have a kitchen and it is roomy.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good with a broad choice. The staff are happy and helpful. Highly recommended as a good base for seeing Lisbon. The metro is a short walk away and the excellent Gulbenkian museum is a few streets away.

Het is een prettig ruim appartement waar we nu voor de vierde keer waren. Vlakbij een park met schitterend uitzicht op de stad en met winkels, restaurants en metro op loopafstand. Wat we misten in het keukentje is een koffiezetapparaat, maar je kunt om de hoek lekker op een terrasje ook heerlijke kofffie krijgen. Het is niet voor niets een stek waar we steeds naar terugkeren.

hotel muito bom, localização ótima, perto do Lidl supermercado, metrô são sebastiao e do El Corte Inglês, Decathlon, Celeiro, Oji sushi. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto, banhriro com banheira, sala, cozinha, 3 guarda roupas, cofre, ar cond, 2 tv, bem arejado. Rota de avião com barulho até certa hora da noite. Staff ótimo. 6 andares com 2 elevadores. Tem depósito de bagagem. Tem restaurante com algumas opçoes de comida.

Apartamento grande y acogedor. El metro está muy cerca, estacion de Sao Sebastiao; hay dos lineas, una de ellas directa al aeropuerto y la otra directa al centro de la ciudad en 10-15 minutos. Están acondicionando la planta baja para ofrecer desayunos. Todos los trabajadores son muy amables, daba gusto el trato.

Cómodo apartamento, limpio y junto al Cote Inglés y metro. Perfecto para pasar unos días y visitar Lisboa. También reseñar que está muy bien comunicado con el Aeropuerto y centro de Lisboa. Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a Lisboa. Solo añadir que las recepcionistas son muy agradables y hablan español, no tiene cafetería ni restaurante pero por la zona hay unos cuantos y en la recepción hay una cafetera y un roscón delicioso.

Easy to find from airport on metro (subway) line. Groceries nearby. Excellent in house restaurant for breakfast and open until 4. It is an apartment not just a room, with a sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Nice linens and lots of them. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Quiet. Safe neighbourhood.

Sehr gemütliches und großes Apartment. Schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Den einzigen wirklichen Minuspunkt gibt es für die Matratze. Die ist so hart, man kann nicht gemütlich schlafen. Die sollte unbedingt ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage des Hotels ist günstig. Die Metro und ein Einkaufszentrum mit großen Supermarkt ist in der Nähe. Würden wir wieder buchen.

Really disappointing. There was a problem with check-in, which meant I had to go backwards and forwards to the sister hotel down the road to get my key. Staff were unhelpful and disinterested. The room was a good size, but tired and worn. Paint missing on the walls and furniture, soap missing from the dispensers, gloomy. Just felt run down and neglected.

These apartments are really good. They aren’t modern gleaming white apartments and show some age but everything works well. The apartments are out of the noise and crowds of the areas lower down the hill and felt more like coming back to a real Lisbon neighbourhood than a tourist zone. A drawback to some may be the building is close to the landing path for the airport and there is some noise when the planes go over. There were really no flights overnight though so sleeping wasn’t an issue and not a huge factor to consider. More importantly, the apartments are close to a number of restaurants, a metro stop is a few minutes walk away, and there are shopping and at least 3 grocery stores the same distance. What really made this apartment great was the staff. They are all excellent and treated us like family. Adelia was especially friendly and had a great sense of humour. They are lucky to have her as she could easily run a higher end establishment. We would definitely good here if we came back to Lisbon.
