Decent place, convenient. Wasn’t super clean. Hard mattresses on all beds, pull out couch is not fun to sit on. Over all good but not 5 stars. Also they tried to kick us out pretty aggressively at 11am while checkout was stated to be 12.

This was a great location, right in the middle of the action. Everything was within walking distance. Lots of construction but the apartment noise lessened if the doors were closed. The rooms are clean, and it was good to have a full-sized kitchen. We had a problem with our room but management was quick to move us to another location. This was our first time in a hotel with a virtual front desk. Make sure that you have all documents completed in advance so that you can immediately enter your unit.

Great location, walkable to everything, and close to metro. Food shop next door to the building was very handy. Lift did not work one day.Bedroom in our one bedroom apartment was nice, but sofa bed was uncomfortable. There was a noise at night which I couldn’t work out what it was, a sort of rumbling. Building work also going on opposite apartment. Bathroom is big, but dark - nice shower and plenty of hot water. Kitchen reasonably well equipped if just needing breakfast, snacks, drinks etc.

House keepers were very nice and friendly, room was clean. Check in process was complicated and delayed due to not receiving any emails prior to check in day despite them asking for my email and they sent information through text to my phone number instead (which I couldn't receive)

The property is in an excellent location and is very close to many attractions. The room we got was exactly like how it is pictured (2 bed rooms - 1 double bed, 2 single beds, and 2 sofa beds). The only hiccup we had was check-in process. We checked in online and received the codes for the main entrance and for our room, but when we arrived, the code for the main entrance did not work so we ringed the doorbell and someone opened the door for us. We tried reaching out to the property admin to get a new code via Whatsapp and via phone but nobody answers, until the next morning. luckily, we got a entrance code from another guest so we used it temporarily until they responded to us with a new code the next day.

Dishwasher was full of dishes. There was nonworking internet. Tried using the app no response. Called the number explained the situation said they would handle next day no internet and no communication. By night we had internet. We decided to leave early informed them. Never hear back. Scanned the QR code to check out as we left. Went on app and checked out. Never heard anything. Otherwise. Great location. Clean apartment. Not a lot of extras. Had to buy large laundry detergent because all that was available at supermarket. Most dishes i assume were in the dishwasher which we didn't touch.

The location is excellent, every tourist attraction is nearby, very lively area with a lot of restaurants bars around. We traveled with family it felt safe and good neighborhood. There interior of the apartment is newly renovated. We had comfortable stay. The instructions were adequate and help as available all times.

The apartment is renovated and very nice. The location is perfect, Next door to a grocery and one block from the walking district area. Lots of Restaurants to chose from. The Kiosk to check in did not work well for me. Had to call numerous times to be able to check in.

Pretty good!

This hotel/apartment was pretty good - my only issue was the door and signage was really poor, took quite a while to actually find out where to enter, and I also never received the entry code to get my access codes. Besides that the room was quite good, very clean, extremely hard bed though which may not be to everyone’s taste.

Location was perfect for shopping, site seeing, restaurant. A little grocery beside the building was great for supplies for light meals. Air conditioning was excellent! We never received the initial email with codes to get in the front door. We were able to sort it out after getting into my daughter’s apartment who was travelling with us. The apartment was very well equipped but noisy during the day with drilling and hammering going on beside and above us. No afternoon siesta.

Really good location. Just minutes away from many attractions & bus stops/metro. Grocery right next door and few more supermarkets/fruit shops few doors down. Apartment is spacious. Enough for a family of 4. Washing machine (laundry) was in the apartment which was a life saver. Warning - after finishing a dry cycle, the laundry machine door stays mechanically LOCKED for 2 hrs. Time the wash carefully if you need the clothes. Overall really good apartment with a lot of convenience.

Honestly it’s a nice property, convenient and very well located but they are not a full service property. This means electronic check in at a machine, self storage for luggage, and if anything happens (like with us when the door didn’t work one evening) there is no one around to help. They do have someone available to speak to by intercom but it’s not ideal. Also, there is no restroom except in the rooms so if you haven’t checked in or after checkout beware. If they just had a person on site and a restroom this would be a 5 star review.
