Très décevant : intrusion dans mon appartement service clients injoignable fuite d’eau 1. D’autres clients, à qui l’appartement que j’occupais avait sûrement été également loué, ont pénétré à l’intérieur de mon appartement grâce au code d’entrée qui leur avait été apparemment communiqué par le loueur. Heureusement que je me trouvais à l’intérieur à ce moment là... Qui sait ce qu’il serait advenu de ce qui se trouvait à l’intérieur si j’avais été absent? Je me suis rendu compte par la suite que mon propre code d’accès avait été désactivé: impossible donc de retourner dans mon appartement. 2. Le service clients, un numéro de téléphone injoignable, n’a pu réactiver l’accès à mon appartement qu’après une très très longue attente. 3. Le nouveau code d’accès a, de nouveau, été désactivé le lendemain sans aucune raison. Multiples appels auprès du service clients. Attente très longue. Aucune excuse ni aucune explication. 4. Enfin, fuite d’eau sur le ballon d’eau chaude pendant la nuit : cuisine inondée au réveil. Signalé au service clients, sans aucune réaction.

We liked the apartment. Its centrally location. Its closer to all transportation like metro, bus, trams. Restaurant and stores are near the apartment too. It is like the pictures. Pretty and clean. However, the bathroom it's not in good condition. The toilet is about to fall out from the wall, and the towels are very old. Those towels were white, but there gray now. They should use Clorox to make then white again. We were there for the last week of 2019 and we had a great time.

The apartment is centrally located in the Baixa neighborhood, accessible by metro just around the corner, and within walking distance to and from all historic Lisbon places. Tram 28 stops in front of the apartment. It would be great if they have luggage storage service. Arriving into Lisbon at 6:00 AM and not being able to check in until 3:00 PM is a major inconvenience aggravated by the fact that the luggage storage place they provide is in a district not too neat for the first-time Lisbon visitor. Why don't you place a couch/sofa on the first floor?

Saubere Wohnung - miserabler checkin-Service

Der checkin verläuft via Code. Den Code erhält man erst zur checkin time. Ich habe gebeten, dass man mir den Code per Text-Message auf mein Handy schickt. Die Message war jedoch so kryptisch geschrieben, dass nicht klar war, was der Code ist. Sehr unpersönlich und unzuverlässig und unflexibel. Ich weiss nicht, ob ich nochmals bei hello lisbon buchen würde. Billig sind die Unterkünfte nicht, aber immerhin sauber, das Bett bequem, die Wohnungen aber sehr steril eingerichtet.

Nous avons aimé la situation géographique, proche du métro et dans un quartier animé, tout en précisant qu' il n'y a pas de supermarché pour les courses aux alentours. Nous avons apprécié l'insonorisation de l'appartement ainsi que le vin offert et la collation offerte. La propreté n est pas la meilleure. Nous avons par exemple dû faire changer un drap car il était plein de taches. L'équipement au niveau vaisselle est insuffisant pour une famille de 4 personnes pour cuisiner (manque important d'ustensiles tels que grande casserole ou grande poêle et très peu de produit vaisselle ou tablettes lave vaisselle) . Il n'y a pas par ailleurs d'échantillons de shampooing. Il y a un lave linge mais rien pour l'étendre. Le canapé n est pas très confortable pour y dormir la nuit. Il manque également des prospectus pour les visites et pour nous indiquer les supermarchés.

Perfekt läge!

En väldigt fin lägenhet med perfekt läge! Bra skick, gott om plats. Vi fick en flaska vin i välkomstpresent! Nära till paradgatan, det stora torget och metron. Hållplats till spårvagn 28 precis utanför dörren. Vi beställde frukost till första morgonen, den var ok men rekommenderar istället caféet vägg-i-vägg eller att man köper hem och fixar eget. Obs! Muggar, glas mm i köket fanns i det aningens ”dolda” högskåpet utan handtag, ser ut som gaveln till en av garderoberna... vi fick leta en stund :) Stället är obemannat men via mail i förväg får man all info man behöver och support finns lättillgänglig via chat. Gå in på hotellets hemsida för mer info. På det stora hela en bra vistelse, rekommenderas varmt!

Super appart en plein coeur de Lisbonne

Super appartement, moderne, propre et confortable. La situation est idéale pour découvrir Lisbonne à pied ou en tram. Très proche du Rossio, de la place du Commerce, de la mer, du mythique tram 28 et d'une station de métro pour rejoindre l'aéroport. Que demander de plus?
