Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Highly problematic stay. We encountered multiple roaches inside the unit. Additionally, there was a major safety issue: the upstairs neighbor came down the fire escape at night to aggressively bang on our wall with a broom because the stove vent was on. When we messaged management about these safety and cleanliness issues, they were unhelpful, ignored our messages, and even accidentally shared another guest's private information with us. Expedia is now investigating, as the host is refusing to respond to them as well. Avoid this property.
