"Hotel just off main strip, walkable location. Friendly staff, made the stay pleasurable. Good breakfast options although very busy and some mornings slow. Rooms were very basic but clean. No amenities really for 5 star hotel- no gym/ pool which is a shame. The staff really made the stay pleasurable and were always friendly and welcoming with the children. Would recommend but lacks amenities."

"Nice property. Close to the metro and many restaurants. Grocery store across the street. 10 min uber ride from downtown Lisbon. Only con would be the rooms were a little small and we thought we were getting a queen size bed but instead got two twin beds. Staff were great though."

"This is a 5-star hotel all around! Even as an American with high standards this hotel is just amazing. The interior or lobby and everything is wow. And rooms are very clean and awesome service. Ah and also the health spa with whirlpool and sauna and steam room. The best after a long day of Touring. Seriously. This is a top hotel!"
