Unique alfamo experience

It is a great location to experience alfamo district. Amazing fun figuring out the crazy street systems. Beds were comfortable. Very very noisy upstairs. Expect to hear every footstep and noise. The tram noise on the street is actually enjoyable. You know you are not at home for sure. There is no dish or face cloths. Difficult to wash dishes.. we spent 4 nights there was only 5 coffee pods for 2 people 4 nights. All in all we enjoyed it other then sleeping. 4 nights of sleeping pills not what i want to do again due to noise upstairs. But great location. Hot shower. The rest is good.

The unit we ended up renting turned out to be outside of the enclosed courtyard which made it feel significantly less safe. This was not specified in the listing. When we would come back at night, the walkway and courtyard into the place was completely pitch dark until almost reaching the unit and triggering the motion sensor light. Because the unit was also on the first floor and had only one window that could be open (in the kitchen), it was hardly aired out. The inside of the unit felt very humid and had visible mold growing around the interior of the door frame. This gave the unit an overall unpleasant smell. We originally planned on making some meals in the unit, but because of this, we ended up avoiding the place. On the plus side, we were there when it was hot and the one air conditioner was very effective at cooling down the entire place. Was traveling with a friend and it was nice to have distinct rooms for some space. The location was great if you want to stay in Alfama. The unit was small but it had all we needed and was just as pictured.

Alfama dream apartments were great! Very chill neighbourhood and location was ideal, few places to eat and drink within a 10 min walk and a convenience shop just done the road. We would definitely stay here again

Nice room in the heart of alfama. Room was quite small and had no windows but was perfect for what I needed it for. Close to some pretty spectacular views of Lisbon. Only thing is if you have an early flight do not stay in Alfama. It was nearly impossible to get an Uber or a cab in the early hours of the morning and I almost missed my flight

lovely location right by the tram line 28 roomy and with a nice flair - smelly bathroom (sewage?) with a little bit of mold in the shower - thin walls and thus somewhat noisy - two single beds not exactly usable as a double bed as bed frames like to "wander"

Nice location in old area of Alfama. Tricky to find if you don't have GPS. Ad says it has clothes washer but it wouldn't work and manager never responded to my message about it. Less important was the lack of an iron the ad says it has. It has a small kitchen I never really used.

アルファマ地区はノスタルジックでとっても素敵なエリアで、この部屋のすぐ隣をトラムが通り、バルコニーからの眺めも綺麗でした。展望台なども近く、便利な立地です。 坂の多いエリアなので、外出する際はUberをよく使いました。ここはUberが安くて台数も多くてとっても便利です。 どの部屋を選んでも、階段はエントランスの3段だけなので、大きなキャリーケースでも大丈夫です。 バスルームの下水の匂いが若干気になりましたが、古い建物なので仕方ないかと、許容範囲です。消臭スプレーを持って行って良かったです。 セルフチェックイン、チェックアウトもスムーズで、総じて快適な滞在でした！また利用したいです！

El mantenimiento dejaba mucho que desear: cubiertos sucios, la ducha con moho, apenas habían barrido el dormitorio... La verdad que no fue nada agradable ver que apenas limpiaron como es debido el estudio. Es más; vimos que en la máquina de café todavía quedaba la cápsula utilizada por los anteriores turistas que estuvieron en el estudio. Todos los utensilios, platos, vasos.. estaban sucios, además de ser muy pocos para dos personas (solo había una cuchara, por ejemplo). Las fotos son bastante realistas con el estudio, aunque no estaría mal comentar que el tranvía pasa justo por debajo y hace mucho ruido durante todo el día excepto las horas de la madrugada (1h-5h). El resto del día se oye el tranvía pasar cada 10 minutos. Aun así, lo mejor que sacamos de esta experiencia fue la excelente comunicación con Cristina de Alfama Dream. Responde rápido, busca soluciones realistas y te da una buena atención al cliente. Asimismo la zona está muy bien (quitando el ruido continuo del tranvía), el barrio es bonito y los atardeceres preciosos. Por lo tanto, la estancia fue mala, ya que por el precio que se paga te esperas un mantenimiento como es debido, mínimamente. Si no fuese por el encanto del barrio y de la ciudad de Lisboa no hubiésemos disfrutado ni la mitad de lo que hemos hecho, debido a la gran decepción que nos dio el estudio.

Sehr freundlicher Kontakt mit Cristina in Vertretung für die Gastgeber. Schnelle Hilfestellung bei Problemen. Das kleine Appartement ist gut aufgeteilt in Küchenzeile, Aufenthaltsbereich und Schlafraum. Für 2 als Paar gerade ausreichend. Küche hat nur eine kleine Basisausstattung an Teller, Besteck und Geschirr für 2. Waschraum im Hof vorhanden (wurde nicht genutzt) Lage sehr gut. Man kann alles zu Fuß laufen an Sehenswürdigkeiten (sofern man will 😉) die electrico 28 rumpelt aber auch am Haus vorbei, Haltestelle fußläufig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 Minuten Fussweg. 2 super Frühstücksmöglichkeiten wenige Minuten vom Haus weg. Patio des Hauses sehr ruhig. Man kann draußen sitzen. Negativ aufgefallen ist leider 1 Thema das andere Gäste auch schon ab und an bemängeln: es gab ein Problem mit Geruchsausdünstung aus Gulli oder Abfluss. Gastgeber haben nach reklamieren sehr schnell reagiert und Duftstäbchen aufgestellt. Überdecken ist aber nur mäßig gelungen. Wichtiger Hinweis: Es gibt 2 Appartements mit der Nummer 4. Eines innerhalb im Hof mit Patio. Eines draußen im großen Hof. Diese Nummer 4 außerhalb des geschlossenen Innenhofes hat KEINE FENSTER im gesamten Appartement. Licht fällt nur durch das kleine Fenster der Eingangstür. Wer Licht und frische Luft braucht sollte das sehr gut überlegen vor der Buchung (hab ich leider erst leidvoll gemerkt vor Ort) P.S. Koffer über Kopfsteinplaster ab U-Bahn Martim Moniz ist hügelauf auf den engen Gehwegen echte Plackerei.

Rommet var skittent ved ankomst. Fikk det rengjort av verten under oppholdet. Kloakklukt på badet under hele oppholder. Det var ikke noe lukt fra det stedet vi kom fra som også er i Alfama distriktet. Det er ganske nærme sentrum. Det er også veldig fuktig inne på badet så håndkle og slikt blir ikke tørr over natten. Romslig nok og ganske modern.
