"Check-In for 3 rooms took over 30 minutes. We came in on train from Porto. Rooms were Not what I Prepaid for on Expedia. Cheap Towels (few & no hand towels); low grade soap & amenities. Breakfast very good . This is my 4th stay over 7 years. It’s deteriorated quickly in past years"
