"Be very careful if you plan to use the hotel's airport shuttle. They require you to request it 24 hours in advance, and because of this strict rule, I wasn't able to book it in time and was forced to pay out of pocket for a taxi from the airport. To make matters worse, the information provided by the staff is completely inconsistent. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that the shuttle does not run after 9:00 AM. However, luckily I double-checked again the next morning, and it turned out that a shuttle was actually available."

"Overall the hotel was great and the location was convenient and in a safe neighbourhood. We had a lovely stay with no issues and enjoyed the comprehensive breakfast buffet every day. Only unfortunate part was that the pool/roof top area was under refurbishment and so we didn’t get to enjoy this facility. Otherwise the Saldanha and Alameda metro stations, which were both in easy walking distance, and made travelling around the city very easy."
